The shipowner reserves the right to cancel a ticket in case of insufficient number of passengers or bad weather, a postponement of date will be offered depending on availability, otherwise the full amount of the ticket will be refunded. Schedules can sometimes be modified during the day because of the conditions at sea. In the event that weather conditions are likely to deteriorate during the day, the carrier may then make the decision to organize partial or full return by land (eg bus) without any refund request being accepted . All the nautical and terrestrial activities practiced from our ships are under the sole and complete responsibility of the passengers who engage in them, and the fact of putting at their disposal nautical material does not engage in any way our own responsibility.No responsibility may not be charged to the shipowner in the event of theft, loss or damage to the personal property of the passengers on board the ship. Pregnant women and people with a disability, a health problem (back pain etc ...) are required to tell it at the time of booking. The ticket price includes the Barnier tax for protected areas.
